1. Appointment Cancellation

Appointments booked through the Website can be canceled in accordance with the following conditions:

• If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time, a full refund of the paid amount will be processed.
• If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be issued. 100% of the fee will be charged as a late cancellation, as that time has already been reserved exclusively for the patient and cannot be reassigned to another user with such short notice.
• Sessions begin promptly at the agreed time. If there is a delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notice, the session may be considered canceled with no right to reschedule.
